1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund, provided the item meets our return conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition

  • Include the original packaging, certificates, and receipts

  • Exclude custom-made or engraved pieces, unless there is a production error or defect

3. How to Return

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@dinahvela.com with your order details.

  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

  3. Please note that returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance to ensure safe delivery back to us.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your item arrives, it will be carefully inspected to confirm eligibility.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different piece, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
