Refund & Exchange POLICY

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund, provided the item meets our return conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must:

Be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition
Include the original packaging, certificates, and receipts
Exclude custom-made or engraved pieces, unless there is a production error or defect

3. How to Return

Contact our customer care team at support@dinahvela.com with your order details.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Please note that returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance to ensure safe delivery back to us.

5. Refund Process

Once your item arrives, it will be carefully inspected to confirm eligibility.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different piece, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
