At Dinah Vela, we are delighted to offer complimentary shipping within the United States on all orders. Each piece is crafted with care, and we ask for approximately one week to prepare your order before dispatch. Once shipped, your jewelry will typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, any available pieces will be shipped right away, while the remaining items will be sent as soon as they are ready. Receiving your order in separate deliveries simply means your treasures are on their way.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text message (if a phone number was provided) containing your tracking details and a direct link to follow your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we are here to help. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided.
